Supporting Documents Required (must be
certified):
- A certified copy of your current, valid
driver's license or passport; and
- A certified copy of your bank account
statement, dated not more than three months
old (details to be shown on the statement
are bank account number, account name and
residential address).

original duly signed copy of the Online FX Agreement should be sent
